I’m home, I’m home, I’m home, I’m home! I have absolutely zero clean clothes, Sailor Boy has not been grocery shopping so there’s no food in the house, the apartment is a disaster, I’m exhausted, I have about seventy-five emails to respond to, I need to put together a list of people to invite to my first book signing, I need to get back to my web designer about some final tweaks before my site goes live, I need to print out some info and get it to my editor for my anthology, I need to send in my registration for a June WRW meeting, I need to read a CP’s manuscript, and oh, that’s right, I need to write a little book that’s due at the end of August.
I haven’t at all managed to coalesce my various adventures over the past week into any meaningful order for posting purposes. However, there are a few thoughts I would like to share with the DD readers:
1. My book is gorgeous. And quite good. I know because I read it again yesterday.
2. I love my college. I love my college classmates!
3. Don’t go see Tarzan. Sure, there’s a lot of pretty, half naked men in it (some of whom are American Idol finalists and have disturbingly high voices that made me wonder who was the one singing the woman’s part in the duets), but you can get those cheaper fer sure.
4. I have a new theory, similar to “Alan Rickman Makes Everything Better.” It goes like this: “Scott and Justine Know Everyone.”
More TK.
